Kirk
died on Jan 29, 1995 in a car accident. He was coming back from
a men’s choir meeting and struck a utility pole. Kirk had
suffered from brain tumors and had had two surgeries prior to
the accident. It is unknown whether his health contributed to
his death. He was alone. He graduated from Willamette University
in Oregon with a BS in Business in ’87. His father is an
avid model train buff and has a huge, 3-room set in his home.
He loves to show it to any kids who are interested and want
to call a day in advance.
