Obituaries
Jeffrey Yontz
Los Gatan Jeffrey Yontz died April 14 at the age of 32.
Yontz was a lifelong Valley resident, born Jan. 7, 1964. He
grew up in the Santa Cruz mountains, where he attended Loma
Prieta Elementary and C.T. English Middle School. He graduated
from Los Gatos High School in 1982.
He attended West Valley College and San Jose State University,
from which he graduated with a degree in public relations.
He recently worked as media relations manager for Boole &
Babbage in San Jose.
Survivors include partner Michael McLain of Los Gatos; parents
John and Carol Yontz of Los Gatos; sister Cindy Sebastiani
of Dublin; grandmother Olive Parysek of San Jose; grandparents
John and Jean Yontz of Springfield, Ohio; and great-grandmother
Blanche Yontz of Springfield, Ohio.
Memorial services have been held, with interment at Soquel
Cemetery, Soquel. Donations may be made to ARIS, 1550 The
